What are wellness days ?

Wellness Days offer a unique experience to take care of your body and mind, recharge your batteries, relax and reconnect with yourself. A rich and complete program designed around well-being as following:

9:00 am : Welcome breakfast & presentation

9:30 am : Yoga Nidra session, aiming to bring the body and mind in a state of deep relaxation

10:30 am: Creative workshop (painting, jewelry, sculpture, pottery, or cooking etc.), to explore and express your creative potential

12:30 pm : Organic lunch, a healthy and greedy break.

1:30 pm: Discovery and practice of 4 wellness workshops inviting you to discover techniques, practices and knowledge to improve your physical, mental and emotional health.

A holistic therapy workshop: hypnosis, sophrology, reflexology, reiki, naturopathy, acupuncture, or nutritionist etc.

A personal development workshop: life coaching, benevolent communication, time management, stress management, etc.

A beauty workshop: image advice, make-up, hair styling, making natural beauty products, or facials etc.

A spiritual awakening workshop: astrology, tarology, numerology, mediumship, or healing etc.

4 pm: Massage/individual relaxing care to deeply relax you (spread over the afternoon)

5pm : Aperitif, moment of sharing and celebration.
